1. Acceptance

By accessing or using aiautosocial.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AI Auto Social helps you generate AI social-media content and upload it to connected social accounts (for example, as TikTok drafts). Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 16 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party account such as TikTok, you authorize us to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms (including TikTok’s and Google’s), and you must comply with them. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or their availability.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or harmful content;
• spam, or violate the rules or rate limits of any connected platform;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and choose to publish.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the brand information and content you create. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit it to operate the Service — including sending prompts to AI providers and uploading content to your connected accounts. You represent that you have the rights to your content and to publish it.

7. AI-generated content

AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. We make no guarantees about results, reach, or platform acceptance.

8. Fees

The Service may currently be provided free of charge or in beta. If paid plans are introduced, the applicable fees and billing terms will be presented to you before you incur any charge.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
