Data deletion

You can delete your AI Auto Social data — including your brands, generated posts, uploaded media, and connected social accounts (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) — at any time.

Delete everything from your account

Sign in, go to Settings → “Delete account”, and confirm. This permanently removes your account and all associated data and files. It can't be undone.

Disconnect a single platform

To remove just one connected account (e.g. Facebook/Instagram or YouTube) without deleting your whole account, open the brand page and reconnect/remove that platform. For Facebook, you can also remove “AI Auto Social” from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Apps and Websites) — we are notified and delete the data we hold for that connection automatically.

Request deletion by email

Prefer us to do it? Email support@aiautosocial.com from your account email and we'll delete your data within 30 days.
